Do I need to be home during the visit?
Not at all. Many of our clients give their housekeeper a key or entry code. We are fully insured and all staff are thoroughly background-checked, so you can feel confident leaving us in your home.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
To maintain the highest standards of hygiene for every client, we ask that each home has its own broom and vacuum — your equipment stays in your home, and your home only, ensuring no cross-contamination between households. For cleaning products, we are happy to provide a curated selection for a small fee, so you always have exactly what is needed. Just let us know at the time of booking.
Will the same person come each time?
Yes. Consistency matters — especially for seniors. We match you with the right housekeeper from the start and maintain that relationship across every visit.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend reaching out at least a week in advance to ensure the best match and scheduling. For urgent needs, call us directly and we will do our best to accommodate you quickly.
Is there a minimum number of visits required?
No long-term contracts and no minimum commitment. We offer flexible scheduling from a single visit to daily service — whatever works best for you and your loved one.
Do you accept insurance?
Our services are private pay — simple, transparent, and hassle-free. No claims, no denials, no waiting. We provide straightforward invoicing and can discuss payment options during your free consultation.
Can housekeeping be combined with companion care?
Absolutely — and it often is. Many of our clients benefit from a companion who also handles household tasks, creating a more complete and efficient arrangement. Our Residence package combines both seamlessly.
